Anger is part of us human beings and it is a natural response when we are frustrated, insulted, deceived or attacked. Anger can also be a signal that someone is suffering from mental health issues.
A lot of times, people see anger in a negative manner but it can be quite useful, although at times it can be very frightening when one fails to control anger. When you are angry, there is an adrenalin rush that initiates your body to prepare for ‘fight or breakaway’, it gives you energy and at the same time makes you feel tense.
